Returns and Cancellation Policy
We do not accept returns as our product is meant for intimate use. In case of damaged or undelivered items please check our “Damaged and issues” section below:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 7 days of delivery if the order was damaged and write to us at email@example.com with images of the damage. We consider all such cases individually.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only accept cancellations before your order is shipped. Please contact us to know whether your order is eligible for cancellation at firstname.lastname@example.org.
